Hamburgers in
Beijing, tacos in Moscow, pizzas in Rio and Chinese food just everywhere … Food
is becoming more and more international these days. But does this mean that
national dishes are disappearing?

In Valencia we
have a famous dish called Paella. Paella
is famous all over Spain- Some people often eat it for lunch on Sunday. But
real paella comes from Valencia! It´s easy to make-you just need rice, seafood,
vegetables and chicken. And it´s delicious!
CINDY( Melbourne, Australia):
Personally I don´t like eating in restaurants. In
Australia we love having barbecues (WE call them “barbies”). Barbies are great
fun-you can have them in your backyard or at the beach, and all your friends
can come along.
They’re very easy too-you just need some meat and
different sauces. My dad makes delicious barbecued shrimp and chicken. All my
friends love it. Barbies forever
